Hassle-Free Returns

At Woven Chic we strive to keep our customers happy!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.  Customer satisfaction is our priority.  We ask that you please read and understand our Return policy before purchasing.  

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered.  In-store returns must include a receipt for a return.  Items must be in *original condition with the tags attached, within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.  DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival.  When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.  Woven Chic does not provide shipping labels for returns.  Original invoice must be included in your return packages.  Final sale on all body suits, bathing suits, and sale/clearance items.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
